這樣、你們作完了一切所吩咐的、只當說、我們是無用的僕人．所作的本是我們應分作的。
既是這樣、那裡能誇口呢．沒有可誇的了。用何法沒有的呢、是用立功之法麼．不是、乃用信主之法。 - 使你與人不同的是誰呢．你有甚麼不是領受的呢．若是領受的、為何自誇、彷彿不是領受的呢。 - 你們得救是本乎恩、也因著信、這並不是出於自己、乃是神所賜的．也不是出於行為、免得有人自誇。我們原是他的工作、在基督耶穌裡造成的、為要叫我們行善、就是神所豫備叫我們行的。
然而我今日成了何等人、是蒙神的恩纔成的．並且他所賜我的恩、不是徒然的．我比眾使徒格外勞苦．這原不是我、乃是神的恩與我同在。 - 因為萬有都是本於他、倚靠他、歸於他．願榮耀歸給他、直到永遠。阿們。 - 我算甚麼、我的民算甚麼、竟能如此樂意奉獻．因為萬物都從你而來、我們把從你而得的獻給你。
求你不要審問僕人．因為在你面前凡活著的人、沒有一個是義的。

Morning Scripture
So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, `We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.'"
Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. On what principle? On that of observing the law? No, but on that of faith. - For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not? - For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast.For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them--yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me. - For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen. - "But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand.
Do not bring your servant into judgment, for no one living is righteous before you.
